Refering to your and 25th Instant, instrucking the Crown. Agents to provide passages by the Mach Steamer of the 20th Provino, for Mess. Starkey, Lister and Russell, who have been appointed Cadets at Hong Kong, I have the honor to acquaint you on application to the Peninculer and Oriental Company, Sam informet that all passages by the Company's Steamers of the 2012. September, 4th and 20th October, and 4th November have been

engaged.

The Company however suggest that these Gentlemin might proceed to Aong Kong by the Bombay Steamer of the 12th September from Southampton, or the 20th from Marseilles, arriving at Bombay
